I called for a crack in the dash of my chev. Pick up truck on Thursday. Service asked to see it, so I brought it in that morning. Service agreed to repair it and do a recall repair on the transmision dip stick. All the work was completed the next day (Friday). GREAT JOB!

My 2012 vette quit in traffic and had to be towed to dealer for replacement of ECM Towing and repairs were made promptly I did have difficulty convincing someone at the dealership to send tow truck in response to my phone call in lieu of my having to contact OnStar since I was slightly more than a mile away from dealership when car failed

My engine light came on while taking mt...
My engine light came on while taking mt daughter to school. I dropped it off and it was fixed in no time. They gave suggestions about my brakes. My main concern was they did not notice that my car doors will not lock with the remote. A really thorough job would have noticed that. I plan to have it fixed in a couple of weeks but I think it should have been mention when they mentioned the brakes

I called to see if my bumper to bumper...
I called to see if my bumper to bumper warranty was still in effect. Nena answered my call, asked a couple of questions, and yes my warranty was still in effect. I explained the scenario where my mechanic that installed a new set of tires diagnosed a bearing issue in the left front. Nena said bring it in and we will check it out. I did and in less than 2 hours she returned my call and said yes the bearing is bad and the replacement part is in Charlotte. Can we keep your car overnight and correct it tomorrow morning ? I agreed and they had it fixed by noon the next day. Complete customer satisfaction. Thanks Clint Eastham
